Notice. In case of conflict between language versions, the French version shall prevail.

Purpose of the platform

OuiJob is a software platform acting exclusively as a technical intermediary for connecting candidates residing outside the Schengen Area with French employers.

Disclaimer. OuiJob is neither a recruitment agency, an immigration agency, nor a law firm. The platform provides no legal advice and does not substitute any consular or administrative authority.

Best-efforts obligation (no guarantee of result)

The user expressly acknowledges that OuiJob has only a best-efforts obligation regarding the visibility of the application file to employers.

Free registration or subscription to a support service in no way guarantees obtaining:

  • ·An employment contract
  • ·A visa of any kind
  • ·A residence permit or a work authorization

The final hiring decision is made exclusively by the employer, and visa issuance falls under the sole authority of the French consular authorities.

Free registration and support services

In accordance with article L5321-3 of the French Labour Code, registration on OuiJob and access to the connection features (profile visibility, matching, post-match messaging) are 100% free for candidates.

OuiJob optionally offers administrative support services(file review, mobility assistance to France) billed separately. These services are distinct from placement and have no influence on the candidate's visibility to employers.

Support services benefit from the 14-day B2C right of withdrawal (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), unless the candidate expressly waives this right for immediate commencement of the service.

Compliance and authenticity of documents (zero tolerance)

The user undertakes to upload identity documents (passport, civil status records, criminal records) that are authentic and translated by sworn translators.

The detection of any falsified document will result in:

  • ·The immediate deletion of the account without refund.
  • ·The reporting of the file to the competent authorities (French prefectures and document fraud enforcement services).

Personal data (GDPR)

OuiJob processes highly sensitive data (biometric, family, criminal). By accepting these terms, the user explicitly consents to the processing of these data for the sole purpose of building a file compliant with the CESEDA (French Code on the entry and stay of foreigners and the right of asylum).

Data is hosted on sovereign servers in Europe, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Your rights. In accordance with articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, the user has the right to access, rectify, port, and erase (« right to be forgotten ») their personal data. Contact DPO: [email protected]

Limitation of liability

OuiJob may not be held liable for decisions made by employers or consular authorities. OuiJob's liability is strictly limited to the proper technical functioning of the platform and to the transmission of compliant files to partner employers.

Under no circumstances shall OuiJob be held liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use / Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
